Simon is a Health & Safety Advisor / CDM Consultant who has been involved on all types of new build and refurbishment construction projects including: urban renewal, listed buildings, police stations, industrial, commercial, residential, retail park developments, university buildings including laboratories refurbishment and redevelopment of car production & retail facilities.

His work experience has included the supervision of all major work disciplines and liaison with designers and clients at all levels on all types of civil engineering and building projects including crown courts, hospitals,offices & major residential schemes, for both new build and major refurbishments. This includes the carrying out of regular site inspections within the framework of a safety management system, safety awareness training, accidents / incident investigation and raising the profile of Health and Safety.
